    Great Staff and Comfortable Rooms

    The staff at the hotel were wonderful, always greeting me with smiles and ensuring my stay was enjoyable. The room had a magnificent view and was very comfortable. the hotel's central location made it easy to explore the nearby area.

    One issue I encountered was the limited availability of hot chocolate, which was only offered a couple of times a week. the elevators in one of the towers were faulty and occasionally stopped working for extended periods.

    Nice staff and good gym routine. the staff was really helpful, making me feel comfortable during my stay. In the gym, I was able to establish a morning routine, keeping myself healthy during my vacation. the location was convenient, being in a safe area with several dining options nearby.

    The hotel needs maintenance. Everything looked old and in desperate need of renovation.

    The staff here are friendly and provide complimentary wake up calls and ironing service, the location is fantastic, situated amidst towering buildings, and it's conveniently close to both the JW Marriott Caracas and the city center.
